Woody Harrelson dons pyjamas on the red carpet for movie premiere

Pyjama dressing” has been a bold fashion trend for the past few years, with street-style stars and editors alike wearing silky, printed designer ‘pyjama styled’  blouses and pants in everyday life and on the occasional red carpet, but Woody Harrelson took that trend to a whole new literal level when he rocked up on the red carpet, shoeless, in socks and actual pyjamas for the premiere of the final installment of the hugely successful Hunger Games franchise.

Harrelson did manage to return to his hotel and change in time for the evening event following the pre planned daytime photocall.

Whilst much of the media in the US reported the incident as a fashion goof, the majority of the international press has take the publicity stunt as a stroke of genius for both the Hunger Games franchise and Harrelson as an actor, demonstrating the actor’s creative, quirky and humorous nature.
